My kids love hockey?

Jade called me last week and asked if we would want to go to a Grizzly game with them, of course we said sure we are always up for some fun. I let my kids know the day of otherwise they ask me about 483 times when and what time we are going. After I told Pacey he was dead set that we had to go to the dollar store so he could get a poster board to make a sign to hold at the game. We got to the game and were suprised at how much crap they gave out-of course my little junk mongers were excited to have some more crap to hold on to before I throw it away in a week. I don't think that they watched any of the game but they had fun cheering and watching other people, they were most excited when Grizzby came over and help up there signs for all the crowd to see. We had a ton of fun thanks to the Hosleys for inviting us.

Tenley came to us the other day and let us know that she was ready to get her ears pierced so we headed down to the mall for some fun! I decided to make things a little better I would go to the candy store and buy her one of those huge flower suckers. I was way excited to find out that they now do the piercing at the same time not like when I was little and the shot the one ear and then walked around to the other side and do the other one. Tenley was fine sitting down and excited to pick her flower earrings and once they shot her she did the scream and started crying, I told her to eat her sucker and she just kept crying until the lady brings out the ghetto suckers and all is fine. She thinks that she is a big girl with them and is always willing to let me clean and twist them and she looks freaking adorable.

Apparently JBJ was joking about the plates Tenley's is the abstract and Pacey's is the volcano-either way I love my artsy-fartsy kids!

The Painted Plate Home Edition

While I was at school last night JBJ and the kids painted some plates-I have to let you know in advance that Pacey is obsessed with any of the paint your own pottery places. While in Oregon like 5 years ago we went to the Painted Plate with my sister Brittany and he has been obsessed ever since, so while I was at the dollar store the other day I bought some plain white plates for them to paint on-thanks for being such a good daddy JBJ.

As you can see Pacey is artsy-fartsy his is more of the abstract art, while Tenley and JBJ's is more of an action scene I believe the guy that is jumping off the exploding volcano is saying see yah suckas.

Broken Blog?

My sister brought to my attention that my blog may be broken because there had not been anything on there since February, I think I am going to contact someone about this. I have not had much to blog about we have been couped up in our house while I changed it all. I have a little problem that I get sick of decorations and need to change them pretty often-this time I attacked my whole first level. My red wall went to green and the rest of the walls in my house went to a brown color, then on saturday while I was finishing up a couple of balls that I was making Tenley decided to drop her full red powerade on the carpet in the dining room(which I despised anyway) so we pulled up the carpet and sanded the wood. JBJ thought it would be ok to pull up the wood that was damaged-come to find out they don't sell 2 inch planks at the local Home Depot so we are going to have to do some searching-meanwhile I have a awesome floor. I have had fun with all the decorations and Iam so happy that JBJ made me an awesome entry table-thanks lover!
