I am a big fat liar!

For some reason in my head I imagined something else while doing my tag and after reading Abby's post of her saying that she was in high school I realised that I was still in High school too. So I apologize to all of you that I lied so here:

2. Going to cosmetology(when I actually went)
3. Crusin' the vard with Jade every weekend
4. Dating a bunch of random guys
5. Working at Castlebrook

Sushi baby

So if you guys have not figured it out yet I am a little obsessed sushi, the problem with this is that I am now crippling my daughter with the same obsession. This is a picture of Tenley muching on some sushi the other night-yes she is using chopsticks, I laugh every time I look at that picture(sorry it is from my phone so it is not the best quality).

It is an exspensive habit to have Tenley you should stop it now.

What it looks like when mom is sick.

I was sick all weekend and pretty much stayed in bed the whole time but, on saturday I went down stairs to put my cup in sink and found this. Tenley in only a diaper(she is at the point where she undresses herself) and boots eating a sucker-daddy's are awesome, they let kids just go with the flow.In the immortal words of Pioneer Woman I am just keepin' it real.

Free Leaves-REALLY?

So I am a big fan of KSL and regularly check the free section lookin' to find some awesome gem-anywho. As I was on KSL I came across not one but two ads offering free leaves--really, anyone who has a huge tree like me where the leaves continue to spew from the tree for 3 months-knows that there is absolutely nothing good about a garbage bag full of leaves, the leaves are a menace to society.

OuR GuiTaR HeRo

(Notice the shoes on the wrong feet)
Tenley has decided at the age of 21 months that she can play guitar hero with the best of them. When we attempt to take the guitar away she throws a fit-so I figure I teach her how to play, put it on you tube and just wait for it to blow up, hit the talk show circuit, get a bunch of cash a prizes, and everyone is happy-I do wonder if that would be considered pimping out my kid, but the bills gotta be paid somehow.

An open letter to my kids

Dear Tenley and Pacey,
I wanted to take a second to write you a letter about my feelings. It is such an amazing period in your history and mine I have to talk about it. You are an American and that means that you are free to do and be whatever you want! Three days ago I am very proud to say that America has even come as far as to have a black president-it is one of the huge barriers that has finally been broken and I am proud to be an American. Now when you learn about Martin Luther King in school and you hear him say those famous words "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character" and now you will see that it is true, and you can do anything that you want to do and we can all be tolerant of everyone. I love you both and want you to know that you can be whatever makes you happy in this life.
I love you
Love your mom

Good old shampoo sets-My fav!

I got Tenley out of the bath last night and decided that it would be fun to try some curlers to see what would happen-not so cute. We all had fun though even Pacey who was a good sport and put some in his hair to help me make Tenley keep them in her hair.
